5Lbs of fine sifted Largo whole wheat flour from wheat grown at Copper Horse Farm in our regenerative farming system that uses zero chemicals and focuses on soil health.  Milled on the farm in our stone mills and sifted to perfection.  This dedication to the ancient ways allows all the natural goodness and flavor of this amazing wheat to come to life in our flour.  Largo is a classic landrace wheat that was one of the predominent wheats of Mexico hundreds of years ago.  Largo is an excellent bread wheat and versitile enough to be used in many recipies.  Largo is almost impossible to find today but we have been blessed with a great harvest.  The flavor is excellent!   Shipped in air-tight resealable stand-up bag for maximum shelf life and ease of use.
